One of the biggest advantages of Kassatellen.nl is that the system is compatible with different, widely used online accounting and cash register systems. Kassatellen.nl offers integrations on both sides, namely on the input side (getting your turnover from it) and the output side (sending your data to an accounting package).
You can create your integrations yourself at Settings > Links.
Twinfield, Yuki and Exact Online
These links are supposed for the accounting. Through these integrations you can send your data from the cash book from Kassatellen.nl directly to your accounting package that you or your accountant is working with. You can set up the link by clicking on the logo of the accounting package that you are using. The next couple steps speak for themselves. After the linking is completed, you can turn on or off the option of Auto booking. This means that on a certain day, when the owner or user of the account has approved the counting, it will directly be booked in the accounting package. If you do not want that, you will have to turn off the option of Auto booking.
Lightspeed and Untill
You can link these two programs with your online cash book system from Kassatellen.nl. After you have linked one of these systems with your online cash book, you can get your turnover daily from your cash register system with the press of a button. You can do this at Kassatellen.nl. At Kassatellen.nl you open the popup to fill in the turnover per category. If you have done this correctly, it will show the logo of your cash register system that you are working with. When you click on the logo, the system should import the turnover automatically. Attention: before you can use this integration, it is important that you set it up properly after you have linked it to your system. Kassatellen.nl of course needs to know which turnover category you want to see the different sales data booked at. If you want to change this, go to Settings > Links > Lightspeed or Untill. There you can load the products and map it correctly.
