In Kassatellen.nl there are different user roles. You can see the different roles in the module Users and you can also assign the roles to your users there as well.
Go to Settings > Users.
You can make a new account by using the mail address of that specific user. After you have created a user, the user will get a confirmation email with a link to set up his own password. When creating a user, you can select the role that you want the user to have.
Kassatellen.nl has 4 different user roles: (1) Owner, (2) administrator, (3) accountant and (4) regular user.
Owner
There can only be one owner. Normally this will be the user who was made when creating the account for the system. This role has every right and can manage every setting. This role suits the owner of the company who wants to use Kassatellen.nl the best.
Administrator
The administrator has the same rights as the owner, but the user cannot change the Owner’s rights. The role of administrator is the best for partners or fellow partners of the company.
Accountant
The accountant is the one who normally sends the data from Kassatellen.nl to the accounting package every month and checks them. The accountant can fill in the days himself, if the owner asks him to do so, but he cannot approve the days. Only the owner and the administrator have the power to approve days. Those two are the responsible ones for all the data in the cash book. After the data is approved, the accountant can send them to the accounting package. The account can also set up the cash register and of course the corresponding ledger accounts. The accountant cannot register new users in the system.
User
The only thing that a user can do is count the cash for a specific day. After the user has counted the cash and filled in the specific day, he or she cannot consult it in the cash book. He or she also cannot consult, in no way, other counted days. The user is also prohibited to enter the settings of the company. This role is perfect for the employees who finish the day, like a supervisor.
